Cardstock prints are made in-house and will be shipped within 48hrs after payment is confirmed. Canvas prints are made by a third-party manufacturer, and its production will take 7-10 business days. Upon the completion of your print, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

Absolutely, no refunds for digital prints. Each print is made per order. We only accept returns/or exchanges for orders that arrive damaged in the mail. In which case, you should contact us within 72hrs after you receive your order. When we receive your return, we will inspect it, then give you store credit for future purchases.
