SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for investing in original works from Tone Creates. I am committed to ensuring your artwork arrives in pristine, gallery-ready condition. Below you will find my specialized logistical and protective protocols for physical art shipments.
1. Fine Art Shipping & Handling Protocols
To preserve the absolute safety and financial security of your acquisition, I will utilize professional art-handling packaging methods:
Handling Time: Original physical paintings and masterworks require 3 to 5 business days for specialized custom crating, structural reinforcement, and protective moisture-barrier wrapping before dispatch.
Insured Delivery: All physical shipments valued over $1000 are dispatched with full-value transit insurance and require a direct adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship fine art to P.O. Boxes.
Couriers & Tracking: High-ticket items are shipped via tracked premium carriers or specialized fine art couriers. Secure tracking numbers are emailed automatically the moment the artwork leaves the studio.
International Shipping: For collectors outside the domestic shipping zones, the buyer is responsible for any incoming localized custom duties, import tariffs, or destination taxes levied by their country.
2. Apparel & Print-on-Demand (POD) Shipping
Standard lifestyle products, apparel, and open-edition prints are processed within 2 to 4 business days (with the exception of Klassik Apparel, which takes up to 14 business days for production)
These items may ship separately from original physical masterworks due to distinct production and fulfillment pipelines.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
We maintain strict return criteria to protect the integrity, physical safety, and documented provenance of my one-of-a-kind physical originals.
Original Fine Art (Canvas & Sculptural Work): We offer a strict 7-day return window from the confirmed date of delivery. If the piece does not suit your space, you must contact me at utopiaink@gmail.com within this timeframe to initiate a return.
Return Logistics: The collector is strictly responsible for all return shipping fees, full-value transit insurance, and utilizing the exact original protective packaging. If you do not have the original protective packaging, I can send one that will fit your piece at an additional cost.
Apparel & Open-Edition Prints: These items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
4. Damaged Shipments & Insurance Claims
In the highly rare event that your physical artwork is compromised during transit, our transit insurance covers the issue completely under these immediate reporting rules:
Inspect Immediately: You must examine the external packaging and the artwork inside immediately upon arrival.
Document Everything: Take clear, high-resolution photographs of any damage to the exterior shipping crate, the internal packaging materials, and the compromised areas of the artwork itself.
Report Within 48 Hours: Email all photographic evidence and your order details to utopiaink@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within this window voids our ability to file an insurance claim with the courier, and a refund cannot be issued.
